  • You X Naseeb is a matchmaker-guided marriage service designed to connect Muslims seeking Nikah.
  • We do not guarantee marriage or compatibility; we facilitate introductions and provide guidance.
  • Matchmakers will assist with curated matches, but the decision to pursue a relationship remains solely yours.


3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with:

  • Islamic values and respectful conduct.
  • No harassment, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour towards other users or matchmakers.
  • No sharing of false information, fraudulent activity, or impersonation.
  • No use of the Platform for casual dating, hookups, or purposes other than marriage.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your application without refund for any payments made.


4. Matchmaking Process

  • Matches are curated by professional matchmakers based on the information you provide.
  • The number and frequency of matches may vary.
  • We encourage open and honest communication with your matchmaker and on your application to improve compatibility results.


5. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Personal information will be used only for matchmaking purposes.
  • Sensitive data (such as photos, ID, and personal details) will only be shared with potential matches you approve.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable.


7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

  • While we strive to provide quality introductions, we do not guarantee that you will find a partner or enter into marriage through our Platform.
  • We are not responsible for the personal actions, decisions, or conduct of other users.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your application at our sole discretion if you:

  • Breach these Terms,
  • Engage in harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful behaviour, or
  • Misuse the Platform in any way.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • You X Naseeb is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your use of the Platform, your interactions with other users, or the outcome of introductions.
  • You acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk.


10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of You X Naseeb.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without prior written consent.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
